We use a tool called Slack to help give clients a way to stay in contact with us. If there is an issue that you think needs a faster discussion, request to join our slack community. This is a free tool and you will be added to the appropriate channel. We do request that the discussions are kept to topics regarding product support but this is a faster way to communicate than email. You are always encouraged to explore our knowledge base and if needed, submit a support ticket as well.
